Overview
Lydis is a long-established Dutch distributor of telecom and AV hardware — Yealink phones, headsets and large-format displays — with 30 years in the trade. The platform had grown powerful but hard to navigate, with an interface and design language that no longer scaled with the business.
The problem
An outdated interface with an unclear structure
Limited usability on mobile
An inconsistent design system
Hard to navigate for different user roles
The approach
We rebuilt the experience with a user-first mindset: a clearer information architecture, a consistent and reusable design system, and navigation tailored to each user role — all on a foundation the team could keep extending.
The impact
Faster feature development on a scalable design system
A consistent experience across devices and roles
Seamless navigation tailored to all user roles
A strong foundation for future growth
